Define column with annotations to get through analysis #2

Allow for an additional column with protein annotation (i.e., FASTA header line). If factorial column use to annotate heatmaps or volcano plots. e.g. for expriments with viarous organisms (metaproteomic) Or for showing the bait protein in pulldowns.

The solution is to add the annotation to the contrast or intensity tables at the end of the analysis script.
