Auto deploy master branch

The idea is to write an "Action" pipeline to automatize the deployment of the last commit in master branch.

For this we just need to choose a domain name

After this we will need to create other branches to test new features to avoid the deployment of not working test.

• Simple deployment cost using aws fargate

cpu/h : 0,01458$ Go/h : 0,00159 10 Go / 2vcpu 3024=720 720(20.01458 + 100.00159) = 32€/month

Good only for temporary deployment with 0.04$/h
