Created a new 'feature/configurable' branch, read README.md and CONFIGURE.md. Any advice welcomed, this is work in progress. (first fix for a fatal error, now should work)

Feature branch has been merged (--squash, to many commits) into main branch. Now supports customization of DHCPv6 options in a config file /data/local/etc/dhcpv6.conf, initialized for Orange but can be set for other ISP if needed...see CONFIGURE.md All existing installations need to run ./install-dhcpv6-mod.sh
