Two Issues #165

Hello- I have encountered two issues and I was wondering if you might be able
to shed some light on them.

1) Is there a way to hide the menu bar icon (preferably via a global terminal
command) so that a user cannot access the program's settings?

2) While the program does prevent sleep when the lid is closed, closing the lid
actually wakes the computer up from sleep if the sleep function is manually
triggered via Apple --> Sleep.

The scenario I am attempting to achieve is: a user manually activates sleep via
the Apple button in the menu bar, then after the machine is asleep, closes the
lid. In this scenario closing the lid actually wakes the computer up again.
Essentially I am trying to completely eliminate all behavior associated with
the lid closing while retaining all of the other sleep-related functionality.
Is this possible?

I am running 10.10.3 on a mid-2012 13-inch MacBook Pro.

Thanks very much for any advice you may have.
