taiga_support_url ignored in taiga-front #2

Until taigaio/taiga-front#1391 is merged, setting taiga_support_url has no effect on the web frontend (though it does correctly apply to email notifications).

taigaio/taiga-front#1391 is now merged. taiga_support_url is thus honored correctly if deploying from the master branch of taiga-front (and building the frontend locally with gulp, see d78e25c706de46817dea76f7a546a40bdc04721f), but there is no support for this variable in taiga-front-dist until a new release lands.

A new taiga-front-dist release including this fix (3.1.0) landed on 2018-03-10 (see https://github.com/taigaio/taiga-front-dist/releases).
