Show channel and viewers count on the games screen #186

Would it be possible to show the channel and viewers count on the games screen (Main Menu > Games)? I can see those counts when I look at my followed games (User Menu > Games) screen but not on the main games screen.

If this is an Twitch API limitation, please feel free to close it.

Thanks for the awesome project! It's amazing what a single developer can do while Amazon releases that crap, unusuable official app. I wouldn't be watching Twitch if it wasn't this app and your work.

Twitch has different APIs that return different results, the one used today in the Game screen doesn't have those, I can use the same is just that the one that shows all values is undocumented and has no support.

When I have time I update to show all values I also prefer showing all.
