Playback speed control #198

Please describe the feature. Increasing or decreasing speed of playback. Browser twitch player has 7 different speeds: 0.25x, 0.5x 0.75x, 1x (default), 1.25x, 1.5x, 2x.

I personally used to watch content in 2x and really miss this feature.
