Feature request: Magnifier #97

Would it be possible to have some kind of a magnifier to enlarge a portion of the screen? It would be enough if it's only available in pause modus and/or in the form of an oversized screen resolution where you can scroll in four directions.

Technically possible, but quite complicated not my priority but maybe I do it some day.
