ins function problems #311

Sometimes the ins function includes the head itself into the header and reloads all the scripts, firing double requests for scripts/styles. I can't precisely find the case but I saw it happening. I added break point on subtree modified in chrome and I could see that ins replaces the whole head.

This should be fixed in spin.js v3.0.
