azimuthal limits crossing north #6

is it possible to extend the NW quadrant a bit, up to 10 degrees azimuth?

iow, is it possible to cross north in the azimuthal intervals?

e.g., from 270 to 370 or from 270 to 10

it does not crash when you ask for negative azimuths.
