boundaries detection #13

Hi! I wonder what is meaning of the boundaries detection and what's the difference between sound event detection

Hi, what I mean by this is detecting the outer boundaries of the event activity, i.e., when there are more than one event from the same class, then detecting the onset of the first event and the offset of the last event. I agree that the naming is not very precise but I did not find a better one. Let me know if you have a suggestion for a better name.
