Video recording producing garbage on Multi Monitor systems #227

I have enabled video recording for my dual screen 1920x1200 Secondary and 
1920x1080 Primary screen using:

crAddVideo(CR_AV_PROCESS_WINDOWS, 0, 0, 0, 0);

This produces a wrongly sized video, that only in the beginning shows a wrongly 
sized, horizontally squeezed window and the rest of the screen on the video is 
flickering with colours.

I am on Win 8.0
