Language behaviour #433

As we speak, language selection for the Authoring tool ui control the language for the preview as well. The modification of the configuration file language as no effect on the preview. From a user perspective it may seems a little bit weird. The language selection for the Authoring tool should only set the language for the authoring tool ui. When I user change the configuration file language, it should affect what is inside the preview viewer configuration.

At the same time when we switch from one language to another, the validation is not fired so the summury tree is not properly created. Pushing the validate button solve the problem. User should not have to push the button
