Upgrade to Vue 3 #142

Closes #135

Breaks support for Vue 2, but allows users of the library to upgrade to Vue 3 with no further breaking changes. Recommend releasing this as a new major version and including a note in the README about which version to use for Vue 2/3.

Is npm package updated? Current downloaded version is 3.1.7, press shortkey is no response and no error.
