Collecting up some use cases that are floating around.

  1. Given a current Chicago address, getting back a descriptive list of the historical changes in that address.
  2. Given a historical Chicago address, getting the modern address, TIN, geoloc, etc.
  3. Given a historical Chicago address, seeing that location marked on a current map.
  4. Mapping historical addresses or overlaying historical addresses onto a current map.
  5. Given a current or historical Chicago address, getting a list of (deep links into?) historical maps upon which it appears.
  6. Given a current or historical Chicago address, finding out whether it lies within a city-designated historical district.
