Prefer reading header from rich style over plain one #114

Background

Hi, @fgrehm I'm looking forward to letter_opener_web 2.0.0. I cant't wait a new release, so I try to use https://github.com/fgrehm/letter_opener_web/pull/113.

What is this

I found issues about reading headers.

When I have only plain style, it raises an error like NoMethodError: undefined method `[]' for nil:NilClass.
When I have both plain and rich styles, the plain style has priority.

This PR fixes them.
