Update Demo URL #127

Hello @fgrehm, I updated the demo deployment to fly.io as the Heroku deployment was down. I have some fly.io credits and this is my way of giving back as I found the demo useful.

I can also make a PR showing the deployment configurations for fly.io, if you are interested in that.

Oh nice! Totally missed this and just ended up removing the demo URL. Would you still be interested in sharing those fly.io credits with us? :heart_eyes:
