Extension no longer supported? #18

After following setup instructions, and entering middleman init BLOG_NAME --template=blog I get the following error: /Users/user/.rvm/gems/ruby-2.3.1/gems/middleman-core-4.1.14/lib/middleman-core/extensions.rb:96:in 'load': Tried to activate old-style extension: drafts. They are no longer supported. (RuntimeError) I'm using middleman-blog-drafts 0.1.0

Thanks for reaching out. Indeed this project is no longer maintained, as none of the previous maintainers use middleman anymore. I've added a note to the README to make it explicit (5aed535).
