Fixes Issue #163: Modification for DNF package manager #164

Dnf is the new package manager for Fedora. And it is the default package manager for F22 and F23

Sorry but as per GH-143 I'm looking for help to maintain this plugin and for now I'm holding back from bringing in changes to the code =/

If you are interested on maintaining the project and keep things moving please shoot me an email or drop a message on GH-143 so I can arrange things.

@athak thanks. I also figured that out. I am working a new patch which will address things in a better way I think

As per https://github.com/fgrehm/vagrant-cachier/issues/193, I've added the ignored label and will close this issue. Thanks for the interest in the project and LMK if you want to step up and take ownership of this project on that other issue :wave:
