Allow an override directory for the root of packages to be specified #184

The goal of this request is to allow the root directory that is used for cache to be specified by the user. It may be considered an edge case as NFS cannot mount encrypted directories (such as an encrypted home directory)

Sorry but I'm no longer using this plugin :-( @rmohr was volunteering to keep maintaining it but not sure if he's still interested in that
