I've experienced similar problems. In my case Cisco VPN kernel modules were screwing things around. Once I'd use the VPN, shared folders would not work until I disabled the VPN and rebooted my machine.
Disabling VPN and rebooting worked?
yep, allowed the nfs mount to occur and the provisioning to continue.

Intro
I am using
vagrant cachier
plugin. It gets stuck at Mounting NFS shared folder when I do avagrant up
and displays an error message. If I do avagrant up
again It works.I am looking for a better solution than this
