documentation page down #98

It seems the documentation page mentioned in the repo-title and README.md ( http://fgrehm.viewdocs.io/vagrant-cachier ) is not available anymore.

Heroku | No such app There is no app configured at that hostname. Perhaps the app owner has renamed it, or you mistyped the URL.

That sucks :-( I've sent a tweet to @progrium as I'm not sure what's going on. In the meantime, please look at the sources here
