A proposal about gameplay: mid-level checkpoints #234

I played the game until the end. Some of the bugs I found have been mentioned by someone else.

-Light passes through solid objects. -You can see straight lines of color between the junction of some walls.

I think it would be interesting to create checkpoints when a goal is met. On the "perfect agent" difficulty level it becomes unbearable to start the level from the beginning when you fail a mission objective. ​ wall light_ light

The lines are not really fixable without editing the level geometry as far as I know. The light halos passing through stuff will be fixed eventually. Mid-level saving could be implemented eventually.

Would it not be simpler just to have a Quicksave button as an option?

If mid-level saves become a thing at some point, there will probably be little reason to not have quicksaves as well.
