Update README.md #84

This PR changes 2 things with the README for the ps2 branch.

  1. I have successfully compiled sm64-port with WSL, so I made it say that it can work.
  2. The package manager example under Linux is not only restricted to Ubuntu, it can work on any Debian-based distribution.

The package manager is the same, but are the package names? I know they're probably the same in Debian. Eh, I guess it doesn't hurt.

yep, all those packages are included in the Debian repository. I have a Debian install on my laptop and know that those 3 packages can install without issues.
