When ND runs the GUI with

python ssSeqGuiLauncher.py it fails, returning the error given below.

The code should be able to find BioPython as it is in the conda environment.

@kadinaj is this handled with the integrated GUI?

The new setup handles the GUI now and haven't seen this issue! Should be good to close.
