Need copy-over functionality... #17

We need copy-over functionality so that we can make updates and changes to
the code without having to restart the server every time.  It would make my
life so much easier. :)

Okay, I have installed copy-over functionality.  I'm not sure it's working 
perfectly,
much more testing needs to be done, but since there is much more that needs to 
be
done, it should provide us just the testbed that we need. :)
