ftp download link times out #156

@crosenth - can you please have a look? I think we might need to replace the ftp url with https://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pub/taxonomy/taxdmp.zip (https://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pub/taxonomy/).
