We didn't know @carriewright11 had done a review of this chapter before we merged it See here: https://github.com/fhdsl/AI_for_software/pull/28

But we still want to use her suggestions because they were very helpful! So this PR is going back to incorporate the @carriewright11 's suggestions for the Annotation chapter.
