[About] Adding more contributors #63

It amuses me that Carrie didn't add herself as a content creator when she initially updated about.Rmd

Added Ava, Candace, and Carrie as authors, Howard as a reviewer, and Sandy and Shasta for managing the grant funding. We need to add the grant details (including award numbers), but I don't have that information. @avahoffman and @carriewright11, do you?
