Adding warnings about proprietary code #94

This PR adds a warning box to the Refactoring, Annotating, and Understanding Other People's Code chapters. The warning box is the same one that is in the introduction and basically tells people that we have no idea how information entered as prompts into AI gets used or protected afterwards, so be cautious.
