Update to url checker and FHDasL attribute #16

What changes are being implemented in this Pull Request?

Two minor updates here:

  1. Copying over some fixes to the url-check.R script from the main OTTR template: https://github.com/jhudsl/OTTR_Template/pull/564
  2. Updated to _output.yml to make sure it says "FH DaSL" instead of "JHU DaSL"
