[x] The tool blurbs need to be listed in the data chapters they pertain to
[ ] The people who wrote the tool blurbs need to be added to the credits - link in acknowledgements to the blurb
[x] The TODOs with more in-depth info about tool comparisons on all the chapters should be filled out more
[ ] Everything needs a review for formatting and readability

getting more tool blurbs and info on who wrote them - worst case we can try to attribute them based on who attended that day - it is a bit of an assumption... but it seems better than nothing?
