someone had questions about what delimiters were - maybe we could add a slide explaining this (kinda thought we had it but maybe not)

was this just from before when we didn't have projects or it was that it didn't work for some people with projects?

also got some questions about why we need projects - maybe adding a slide with an example of paths from two people would help motivate it?
