I want to make the "timeline" section in the ethics chapter have a brief description of each of the things that I had listed/maybe what is now in the timeline.

I moved GINA to the privacy chapter which is where I had intended it - I want to figure out what it's protection actually means for data sharing legally, I am still a bit confused about this. So I left it as a comment for now so I know where to modify it later.
