This should hopefully fix the rendering

Got an error about make_book_text not being set and this didn't show in the config file, so it appears that it was out-of-date in a couple of ways: https://github.com/fhdsl/Ethical_Data_Handling_for_Cancer_Research/actions/runs/10908082876/job/30273336630#step:7:33

This happened when I tried to run the render_all action manually.
