What changes are being implemented in this Pull Request?

This has now expanded to two chapters:

1. One chapter that shows an example re run analysis upon pull request action.
2. A second chapter that walks through how variables work in Github Actions.

I also deleted the filler text in the later chapters

For some reason the ignore-urls.txt is not working for this particular mock URL. So this keeps showing up as a broken URL. But in reality its supposed to be a fake URL.

I need to update some of the slides, but I'm going to wait until the activities all have a a draft chapter because then my screenshots will hopefully be up to date.

I also need to update the slide notes.
