Resolves #27

starting to add an ethics section to the appendix

Realized that we might want to consider adding data quality as one of the reasons maybe not to share and link to the appendix?

I just put what we already had in the issue and tried to make it as open-ended as possible. I'm totally open to any adjustments to the language you think we need and also feel free to add more!
