Grammar #76

Resolves #69 and resolves #46. I went through the course to see if I found any grammar or tone issues (was thinking about what Sandy said in the meeting yesterday). I also added iconpacks to the footer just to help people if they wanted those icons.

I am fuzzy on whether we did or didn't mention the grant size no longer being a determinant of whether this applies to you but if you did include that in this PR, I'm all for it. But if not, I think that's ok too. I don't feel strongly either way.
