What changes are being implemented in this Pull Request?

I saw this comment: https://github.com/fhdsl/NIH_Data_Sharing/pull/92#issuecomment-1449296689

And was like, hmm the image was updated on dockerhub and emojifont should be there. Then I realized this course has its config set to use the old name version of the docker image. How many other courses are also doing this?
