edits_elements.Rmd #24

These are minor edits for the 05-elements.Rmd chapter. Generally just tightening up the language. I did edit the header to more closely match the quote, which apparently is "Lions and tigers and bears, oh my!" (I had to look it up, so I'm not sure it matters if the title is the original or the edited. Only the most diehard will care!)

yeah idk if it is too silly :P - I try to add humor but sometimes idk if it comes across
