What changes are being implemented in this Pull Request?

I noticed the reason that the URL's weren't updated is because the rendering's weren't completing because the github actions here were updated.

And it didn't get the updates because the name wasn't changed in the sync.yml so it didn't get the fixes from OTTR_Template https://github.com/jhudsl/OTTR_Template/blob/main/.github/sync.yml

If we update the sync.yml (https://github.com/jhudsl/OTTR_Template/pull/661) and also fix things here, the problem should be resolved.
