This PR adds a script for loading Chris's data, makes some changes to it, and saves it as an RData file and an excel spreadsheet.

Still need to add an Rmarkdown file that documents what/where the original data is from, the changes that are made, and what files are available here/how to load them. But the code is pretty well documented hopefully!
