Add Carrie as author #5

What changes are being implemented in this Pull Request?

I didn't put Carrie as an author here! So I'm adding here.

Edit: I'm actually not sure what the proper attribution is, I don't remember what Carrie wrote, but Carrie should remember and be able to write that here.

She definitely reviewed a lot of these chapters.
