"files tour" of metricminer dashboard

It can be overwhelming for users to start a metricminer dashboard.

We should point them to where they go to do what. This may include making a video and also a little file synopsis.

For example:

• _config_automation.yml is where you go to set up your metric collection
• site.yml is where you go to set up your navbar
• And all the Rmd files is where you go to tailor what data you show.
