FHEM is killed if delayed shutdown is in progress #116

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Load a module which uses delayed restart
  2. Stop Container (not fhem)
  3. wait until logfile prints "Server shutdown delayed ..."
  4. error occures, fhem is killed by entry script

Expected behavior

The container shoud wait until "Server shutdown" is reported.
