fix the starburst structure with aliasing and rollups #176

relies on plan executor pull request to add in node aliases

I updated the Gemfile.lock to point to the new version of plan_executor. I also removed some commented out code that we don't need anymore. I also had one more small update for the animations of the labels in the starburst that I wanted to get in, so I put that in this PR because I was testing your changes anyhow.
