Skipped tests give no reason why #223

When a test is skipped, there is no indication to the user why the test was skipped, only that it was skipped. It would be nice to see a reason why a test was skipped.

Fixed in https://github.com/fhir-crucible/crucible/pull/236. Deployed now. Thanks for the recommendation, I think this is a really useful addition.
