Bugs in tests found #141

AdverseEvent test has element which does not exist in the schema Imaging Manifest test has element which does not exist in the schema Claim + Claim Reponse test has element should be Spinkler Test - SE04P + G searches on patient name which does exist - but your test expecting 0 records and a few of the other Sprinkler tests similar to that History Test - HI08 returning a bundle but it is not recognised as a bundle "History should be a Bundle"

In which FHIR version did you finde the issues? STU3 or R4?
