Portions of the UMLS and other terminologies used herein are not openly licensed, so the corpus is not as readily integrated into redistributions. If you could make a version with only the open portions this could be accomplished.

Currently we use SNOMED CT codes to represent both Condition and Procedure instances and RxNorm codes to represent Medication instances as we are following the guidance from FHIR specification. For an open distribution version, we may just replace SNOMED CT codes with UMLS cuis. Will discuss with team to see what we can do. thanks, -Guoqian
