Both the R4 and R5 context generators have encountered problems in the https://github.com/fhircat/org.hl7.fhir.core. We have built a branch (LDContextGenerator-merge) to address the R5 issues:

cd org.hl7.fhir.r5
mvn -e -Dtest=org.hl7.fhir.r5.test.LDContextGeneratorTests test

But are unable to do a corresponding build on the existing FHIR R4 data.
